Concord FRP Helmet

FIREMAN HELMET TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION Concord Brand Fireman Helmet confirming to IS 2745:1983 and approved by ISI. Helmet made of Reinforced Fibre Glass material and moulded with Hydraulic Press to obtain uniform surface and thickness. HEADBAND : Inner parts of the Helmet, Headband made of thick PVC mat covered with soft Rexene cloth, along with 5mm thick flexible poly foam cushion is provided and connected with Nylon Tape. The Helmet inner circumference covered with corrugated rubber padding firmly fixed for comfort wearing and a thermo coal EPS pad fixed inside the helmet to prevent shock absorption. CHINSTRAP : V Shaped chinstrap made of 23 mm thick Nylon tape anchoring in the helmet 4 points and provided slip lock buckle for easy adjustment of chin height. Rear side of the helmet neck flap will be provided. It is made of knitted fabric rexine cloth and has fixed with helmet through zip fastener and can be detachable. Finish: Matt Finish.
